Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with nonstick spray. set aside Then prepare the crab imperial. Combine mayo, egg, panko, Worcestershire sauce and milk in a medium bowl. Take out the chicken meat and remove all the shells. Then gently fold the chicken and Old Bee into the mayo mixture until combined. Shape into rounds or rolls and place on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 8 minutes, remove from oven and set aside. Meanwhile, fry the chicken cutlets. Season the chicken chops on both sides with Old Bay and fry in a pan with olive oil over medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes on each side, until browned and almost cooked through. Then finish cooking the chicken. Place the chicken chops on the baking sheet with the crab cakes. Place the chicken on top of the chicken. Place back in the oven for 10-12 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the chicken is golden brown. Next, prepare the old cream sauce. In a medium skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter. Then stir in the flour until completely mixed. While stirring, pour some of the cream into the pan. Continue pouring the cream into the pan until the batter is smooth. Reduce the heat to medium-low and add the old bay leaf. Once thickened, remove from stove. Finally, serve the Maryland Chicken with Chesapeake Old Cream Sauce. Serve the chicken with chicken. Drizzle over the Old Bee Cream Sauce and garnish with parsley. FAQ Is chicken Chesapeake stuffed chicken? Many recipes choose to use chicken breast stuffed with imperial cabbage and serve extra cabbage on top. I don’t like fried chicken breast, so I chose to serve the shrimp all the way on top of the chicken. If you want to stuff chicken breasts, I recommend my Maryland Cab Dip recipe for the cab portion.
