I have to say, I feel very lucky that both of my children love fish as much as they do. And not so Crispy Cub Fried Fish, aka homemade fish fingers! They love fish in any shape or form, so we have it for dinner at least a few times a month.

The sides of the salmon usually take 5-10 minutes longer than the fillets. The grilling time will always depend on the thickness of your salmon though.

I liked the flavor of the Italian herbs in this recipe, but you can adjust it to your taste. Parsley or dill is delicious too!
The butter makes a rich and delicious sauce to serve on the salmon. If you want a dairy-free recipe, you can use buttermilk, or just add more olive oil over the sauce.
Place the salmon on the oiled baking sheet. It’s good to have fish together, don’t let it overwhelm you!
2. Mix the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic and seasoning in a small bowl. It will form a paste like dough.
