Thick Cut Teriyaki Keto Beef Jerky (easy Oven Baked Recipe)
With long cooking times and low temperatures, you can use cheaper (tougher) cuts of meat than if you want to cook it faster (good quality tender cuts are better for air fryers).
A harder cut means more tapping. Tender beef melts softer on the cut. So choose the right type of beef for the type of beef you want to make.
The marinara sauce I use includes the rich flavor of Worcestershire sugar, sweet honey (you can substitute brown sugar), soy sauce, and onion powder to taste.
You can substitute any other marinade you like or mix the ingredients if you like. The basic recipe for frying is the same.

Step 1: Trim the beef. Start by skimming off the excess fat from the outside of the beef (this will help dry it);
Step 2: Cut the beef. Then slice the beef very thinly, no more than 1/4 inch thick.
Partially freezing beef makes it easier to thinly slice. Alternatively, you should ask your local butcher to cut it for you.
If you’re cutting it yourself, use a very sharp knife to cut across the grain (unlike you normally do when carving beef).

You can make full size cookies if you like, or cut them into strips or squares.
Step 3: Build the container. Mix all the marinade ingredients in a bowl and add the beef strips, making sure they are separated and all covered with the marinade.
Step 4: Marine. Cover and refrigerate to let the beef marinate. This will take at least 3 hours, although preferably during the night.
Step 5: Wash and dry. Once the meat is cut into strips, remove from the refrigerator. Allow them to dry well before air drying.

I remove the beef from the grill, let the extra marinade dry, and then I put the beef strips dry with a paper towel.
When you place the beef in the air cooler, it is important that it does not overlap because it needs all the exposed surface so that the air conditioner can dry it evenly.
If you only have a small air conditioner, you may want to consider using a rack so you can cook two batches at once.
You have to cook the brisket slow and slow. To bake, set the oven to 210°F (100°C) and bake for about 2-3 hours. The temperature should be low so that the moisture in the beef can evaporate.
How To Make Homemade Jerky In An Oven, Dehydrator Or Ninja Foodi
After about two hours of cooking, continue cooking at 15-minute intervals and check the lump until done (that is, until all the moisture is gone, but before charge it).
It should reach 160°F/71°C to be safe to eat, so check with an instant-read meat thermometer to make sure.
It’s hard to know how long it will take to cook because it depends on how thick the beef is cut and how efficient your air conditioner is. Cooking time.
You can always make this oven recipe in a regular oven, you just need to leave the pan on a rack or turn often to make sure it dries evenly.

You can also use Lacanto Gold instead of Swerve brown sugar, although it is a common sweetener found in many stores. Chili garlic sauce is a common product found in most grocery stores. For this see the Asian Route.
Note that I did not use any spices or dry flavors. Not even the basic ingredients like salt and pepper. Soy sauce adds salt, chili peppers to garlic sauce, tomato sauce and a dash of sweetness. So nothing else is needed.
Step 2: Spray an airtight frying pan with non-stick cooking spray, then place the beef strips in a single layer on the pan. If you can help it, you don’t want to go over the pieces.
