The marinating is the first order of business. We’ll make a quick yogurt marinade with plain yogurt, fresh garlic, some fresh ginger, and lots of tandoori spices.
Plan ahead as this salmon requires 2 hours of marinating – essential to get maximum tandoori flavor into the salmon!
To grill the salmon, I recommend using a grill pan or aluminum foil to cook the salmon. Do not place the salmon directly on the grill or it may stick.
Rinse your basmati rice a few times until the water runs out and then we will do the normal rice cooking.
