The advantages of making your own In-N-Out Keto Burger over the fast food burger option at home:
In N Out Style Keto Burgers
Frying sauce is a condiment often served with French fries. It usually consists of one part tomato ketchup and two parts mayonnaise. We up the mayo a bit for extra fat and use sugar free ketchup to make it keto friendly. Our favorite sugar-free ketchup is Primal Kitchen. It’s like fancy style ketchup, and it’s good! We also use Primal Kitchen Avocado Oil Mayonnaise.
To make this In-N-Out style stir-fry, we added a few teaspoons of ground dill pickles, vinegar and keto sweetener, and used powdered erythritol.
Recently, we were surprised to see two options at our local grocery store. One is from Organic Valley and Horizon Organics. Applegate also has American style cheese and there are several other brands that make quality cheese, ACTUAL, American Singles.
For this recipe you can use buns or lettuce as in the picture. If you’re going the bun route, here are some of our favorite low-carb burger buns and a recipe that comes out perfect every time.

I was born in Texas and have always been a beef lover. So when I go to a restaurant and order a hamburger, I expect it to be juicy and delicious. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been hurt. For the most part, the toppings and sauce are great, but the burger patty falls flat. It
Shame, really. You can get an average hamburger from a fast food restaurant. I want my burger well done and juicy. are you like that
Living in Southern California, we use our grill almost year round. It’s useful for a quick weeknight meal or to whip up a protein to use in our salads during the week. We grill hamburgers several times a month. And since we are a low-carb family, we mostly eat hamburgers without buns, so taste is king.
Keto Mini Burger Bites
Over the years we’ve tried all kinds of spices and methods for cooking beef, but our favorite method is the simplest. It only requires two ingredients. Two ingredients that will up your burger game and make your family go “Mmmmm”.
Before I tell you my secret, I want to talk about the hamburger meat. Everyone has a food budget and buys whatever beef they can afford.
For many years I bought the cheapest beef. This resulted in greasy grill flames and shriveled meatballs. Sometimes I buy lean or extra lean beef. After baking, these pies were often dry and hard. Other times I would mix the two, resulting in something better.
I was lucky enough to be able to afford it, and I started eating less of it, and filling up on more vegetables. So for me, it’s a compromise: as much quality meat as possible (better), but a little less on the table. And with the added flavor, I won’t miss the extra ounces on the plate. The taste is more satisfying than the quantity. What’s up with quality over quantity? This is true.

So what am I going to buy at the store today? I buy grassfed beef or American style beef. The difference in taste is amazing. I’m leaning a little towards the Cuban at this point, but both are delicious. So if you want to impress your friends, buy better beef. By the way, this is not a sponsored post and I did not receive any product. I just wanted to share some of my favorites with you.
[Tip] If you don’t like beef, add 2 tablespoons of pork fat or olive oil to the meat – it really makes the burgers juicy and delicious. This trick also adds a little more moisture to grass-fed beef, which can sometimes be a little lean.
Let me just say that the only real difference between home cooked meals and restaurant meals is the amount of fat and salt. Restaurants cook with more oil and spices than the average home cook. I don’t usually use salt at home, but when I cook steaks and hamburgers, I always remember this rule: protein loves salt. It has become my mantra and it has yet to let me down. Enjoy your burgers without the soup!
One more thing… a few years ago I bought a burger house. This was one of my favorite purchases. Now we have the same cake with the same thickness every time. There are different sizes for different sized meatballs. Mine is for 1/3 or 1/2 pound (5 1/2 to 8 oz) hamburger patties.

This is a big deal in my house because it gives the kids a chance to cook their own hamburger patties. We all like our burgers at various stages of doneness, so we let them do their thing. These keto burgers take no time to make and are totally satisfying when served fresh. I recommend this to any burger or meat lover.
When it comes to hamburgers, the cut and the quality of the meat are the most important. With good beef, you can get away with fewer ingredients because the beef already tastes great on its own. For this keto burger recipe, I recommend an 80/20 chuck, which is actually a popular cut for burgers. An 80/20 split means the beef has 20% fat, giving your pie plenty of moisture and, of course, flavor. Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder, you can’t go wrong.
Low Carb Burger Bowl — Ana And Zel
Whenever I make these burgers, I like to use an 80/20 chuck blend of ground beef because I find it results in the best flavor and the ideal fat for keto burgers that are super juicy.
However, if you prefer, you can use your favorite ground beef to make your own burgers.
To test doneness, insert a meat thermometer into the sides and center of the hamburger patty. The internal temperature should be between 145 and 160 degrees Fahrenheit. The higher the temperature, the less pink in the center.
Some people choose to rest their hamburger patties after cooking, just as they would a steak. This helps seal in the juices in the meat, sealing in moisture and flavor. However, in this recipe, you can serve it hot right after cooking.
