21 Day Fix Grilled Fish Tostadas is my new favorite 21 Day Fix recipe! In an attempt to break some bad eating habits and get back into exercise, I did the 21 Day Fix. Some of my friends have done this and had great success, so I wanted to give it a try. I really like the exercises and the meal plan definitely works too, but for someone who loves to cook a lot, it’s not easy. The plan is simple… you are given a certain amount of food in measured portions and you eat clean. As a family, we do our best to eat clean even though I’m not doing the Fix, but this has made me re-evaluate our diets and clean them up even more.
I’m not the kind of girl who can eat a salad or a simple roast every day, so I had to spice up my dinner and find something delicious that I could serve to my family and still stay on plan. These tostadas fit the bill. Useful, easy, tasty and satisfying! This is my favorite thing I’ve made with this meal and I plan to make it many times this summer!
